PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to facilitate work time management. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a start restricting means CL1 for restricting a start when an operator performs a start operation of a work object O, a fingerprint inputting means CL2 for inputting the fingerprint of the operator, a fingerprint registering means CL3 for preliminarily registering the fingerprint of each operator, a fingerprint collating means CL4 for collating an inputted fingerprint with the fingerprint of the registered operator, a restriction releasing means CL5 for releasing restriction by the means CL1 when the registered operator is specified by fingerprint collation, and a work time recording means CL6 for counting and recording work time until performing an end operation of the work object O based on the release of the restriction. |
