PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feedback utilization information generated at the time when an advertisement is presented to an advertisement providing source. SOLUTION: The advertisement providing part 6 of the information terminal device 1 displays an advertisement and a display transition button at a part of a display image of a display device 9. When a user operates the display transition button, an advertisement utilizing part 7 detects advertisement utilization information and stores the information in an advertisement utilization information storing part 8, and the part 6 displays detailed information. An advertisement utilization information transmitting part 11 transmits stored advertisement utilization information to the advertisement utilization information receiving part 15 of an information collecting device 2 to be collected in an advertisement utilization information collecting part 16. The advertisement utilization information analyzing part 19 of an information providing device 3 analyzes the collected advertisement utilization information and decides advertisement information to be provided and reads the advertisement information from an advertisement information storing part 17. An advertisement information providing part 18 transmits the read advertisement information to the device 1. Thus, the advertisement in which the user is interested is collected by utilizing the bidirectionality of the Internet 4, and advertisement providing activities meeting needs are performed to keep customers.
