PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make automatically transmittable information that a user wants to know when its results come out in an information transmitting server transmitting various pieces of information. SOLUTION: A mail address storing part 103 stores a mail address included in an access signal linking with a specified management number, and a data selection condition setting part 104 stores a data selection condition included in the access signal in connection with the specified management number. A transmission mail preparing part 105 receives a mail address from the part 103 and sets the mail address in a mail text. The part 105 also receives a data selection condition from the part 104, compares stored data of a data storing part 106 storing data inputted from a data inputting part 107 the data selection condition, sets the stored data in the mail text when a condition is established and transmits the mail.
