<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing size for efficient production. SOLUTION: A film 8 where a light-emitting side window 8a and a light- receiving side window 8b are formed is so bent/molded as to provide a recessed part, with a pair of wiring patterns 7 provided on the surface of film 8 forming the inside surface of the recessed part. A light-emitting element 9 and a light- receiving element 11 are die-bonded on each wiring pattern 7 so that a light- emitting part and a light-receiving part face the light-emitting side window 8a and the light-receiving side window 8b, respectively. The light-emitting element 9 and the light-receiving element 11 are molded with a light-shielding resin 14 integrally.</p> |
