PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent aglare and impart guiding function of line of sight, and sufficiently illuminate structures on a road side and shoulders of a road. SOLUTION: A fluorescent lamp 14, a plurality of louvers 15, a reflector or the like are arranged in a case. The louvers 15 are arranged in a row in a moving direction of vehicles with specified spaces therebetween. And by arranging them so as to be inclined in vertical and horizontal directions, light from the fluorescent lamp 14 is controlled in the moving direction in an obliquely lower direction. The spaces between the louvers 15 are set so as to be at least mutually contacted when seeing from the front. |
