PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite dielectric having a small dielectric constant and a small dielectric dissipation factor. SOLUTION: In a millimeter wave band of a high frequency, a transmission loss in a micro strip line is increased in proportion to the dielectric constant, dielectric dissipation factor and frequency to be used of a substrate material. Therefore, to reduce the transmission loss in a high frequency band such as the millimeter wave band, a material having a smallest possible dielectric constant is required. The composite dielectric substrate has a micro hollow filler dispersed and mixed into a binder. With the particle size and filling amount of the micro hollow filler, an easy control is possible for easily achieving the substrate having a dielectric constant smaller than that of a conventional glass.
