PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing an outer wall of a Western style toilet from being stained with urine by installing waterproofed water-absorbing paper on the outer wall. SOLUTION: Waterproofed paper (2) is stuck to belt-like water-absorbing paper (1) and a glue (3) is coated on a surface of the water-absorbing paper (1) and then is stuck on the outer wall of the toilet.
