PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type dust-collecting/counting apparatus enabling easy measurement with satisfactory reproducibility. SOLUTION: This dust-collecting/counting apparatus is provided with a hermetically structured chamber, an air inflow port arranged in this chamber, an ULPA(ultra low penetration air) filter arranged in the gas inflow port, an air outflow port arranged in the chamber, a cyclone-type large-quantity particle collecting/counting device connected to the air outflow port, a turntable arranged inside the chamber for installing a dust collecting object, and a nozzle blowing the air towards the dust collecting object.
