A sighting apparatus in which the shooter does not need to take a position of bending the neck upper word at a large angle even when the shooter shoots lying on his belly. [Means for solving the problem] the sighting apparatus can allow the shooter to aim at a target while viewing in a direction making a specified angle with respect to a line including the line of sight extending from the sighting apparatus toward the target.
