PURPOSE: An online system and method for providing information on studying abroad on line is provided to increase the convenience of a user by enabling the user to search and make out a plurality of applications for admission on line, thereby enabling the user to immediately apply for admission. CONSTITUTION: A database server(10) stores data on studying abroad(11) necessary for studying abroad, applications for admission by members(12) and human information on members. A web server(30) is connected with the database server(10) on line. In addition, the web server(30) is connected with web browsers(21,22) of a user and an operator on line. An application for admission input system(31), an application for admission output system(32), an application for admission search system(33) and a member authentication system(34) are constructed and stored in the web server(30). A file server(40) is connected with the web server(30). In addition, the original(41) of the application for admission is stored in the file server(40).
