Said assembly comprises a device for rolling blinds, which is designed to be connected to the ends of an axle (1) of a winding drum (2). It comprises a support portion coupled and retained by locking of at least one elastic element defined in a support element (3) for fixing to a ceiling (4) or a wa ll so that said support portion extends radially in relation to the axle (1) of the drum (2). It also comprises a cavity with an access opening. The support element (3) has two flaps (9) that are elastically deformable and can be snapped into said cavity, which can stick out of two opposite windows (1) in the above-mentioned cavity.
