The invention provides water-dispersed adhesive compositions comprising a hi gh modulus crystallizing polyester polyurethane, a polychloroprene, acrylic est er copolymer, a resin selected from the group consisting of thermosetting resin s, thermoplastic resins, and a combinations thereof and a stabilizer system. Th e invention also provides adhesive made from the above adhesive compositions.< /SDOAB>
