A device for connecting an external antenna to a mobile telephone comprises a first (7) and a second contact device. The first contactor device (7) is disposed on the mobile telephone and the second contactor device is electrically connected to the external antenna. The second contactor device is formed for cooperation with the first (7). The contactor devices each have an outer (9) and an inner (8) contactor member, respectively. The outer contactor members (9) are contactible with each other, as are the inner contactor members (8) when the contactor devices are brought together. The inner contactor member (8) of the first contactor device (7) is impressible against the action of a spring element (12). The spring element (12) comprises a non-metallic, elastically deformable material.
