PROCESSING SYSTEM USING VOICE IN INTERNET ENVIRONMENT

An Internet utilization system using a voice allows users to use the Internet environment conveniently. The Internet utilization system includes a client terminal such as a computer (PC) or a personal portable mobile communications terminal of a cellular phone or a PDA which extracts a feature parameter from a voiced domain name instead of an alphanumeric board input and transfers the extracted feature parameter through the Internet, a server which recognizes a domain name from the received feature parameter, by using a HMM (Hidden Markov Model)-based voice recognizer, forwards the recognized feature paramater to a corresponding web site, and transfers a corresponding web page and converts the web page into a voice, to thereby produce and transmitting a feature parameter, and the Internet or wireless communications network (or a general telephone network). Thus, the Internet access is possible by a voiced sound instead of an alphanumeric board, to thereby provide a very convenient Internet environment.
