The hydraulic block(1) includes a piston(18) which is movable in relation to the wall of a cylindrical opening of an accumulator. The aforesaid wall is formed by the wall of a bore(14) in the hydraulic block. The cover(20) closing off the accumulator is inseparably connected to the hydraulic block, preferably by caulking or clinching. The cover and/or piston are formed cup-shaped from sheet metal or plastic, and at least the piston on its side wall has an encircling groove for a seal(21).
