A shoulder strap coupler comprising two synthetic resin members - a base body (1) having a pivot (10), provided with a diameter-increased head (11), protrudingly provided by integral molding on one surface of a substrate (13) formed at the rear end edge thereof with an upper shoulder strap attaching portion (12), and a flat platy turning plate (2) provided with a pivot (10)-fitting pivot hole (20) and with a lower shoulder strap attaching portion (22), wherein one or both of the upper and lower shoulder strap attaching portions (12, 22) is formed into a slit shape with part of the slit opened to an outer shape profile line segment, and the turning plate (2) turns with respect to the pivot (10) of the base body (1) when the pivot (10) is coupled to the pivot hole (20).
