PURPOSE: An illumination device is provided to achieve a health promotion and maintain comfortable indoor environment by arranging charcoal into the illumination device. CONSTITUTION: An illumination device comprises a bracket having a hole for leading in electric wire and which is fixed to the wall or ceiling of a building; a frame(20) installed to the bracket in such a manner that a fluorescent lamp and a stabilizer connected to the electric wire are incorporated into the frame; and a lamp cover(21) coupled to the center of the bottom surface of the frame so as to prevent the stabilizer or electric wire from being exposed. The frame has a receipt space(22) for receiving charcoal, and the receipt space has an opening(24) formed along the circumference of the receipt space in such a manner that the opening is communicated to outside. A cap(27) made up of a mesh material is coupled to the opening formed at the receipt space in such a manner that the cap is attachable/detachable to/from the opening. |
