PURPOSE: A combined thermos bottle and decoction preparing device is provided to integrate the thermos bottle function with a device for preparing decoction into a single case by mounting a cooling cap to a door part for restraining the outflow of vapor containing the medicinal components to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A combined thermos bottle and decoction preparing device includes a main body casing(10), an inner container(20) mounted in the main body casing for receiving liquid and herb medicines, a door(40) provided at an upper part of the main body casing for opening or closing the inner container, and a cooling cap(50) mounted at a lower part of the door for restraining the outflow of vapor generated when heating the liquid to the outside, wherein the cooling cap includes a funnel shaped main body(51) for receiving a cooling water inside and having a corrugated section, and a vapor discharge tube(53) formed in the center of the cap main body for discharging the vapor from the inner container to an upper part of the cooling cap.
