PURPOSE: A control device of a scalp massage machine is provided to prevent falling-off of hair by making the hair root heathy through the scalp massage and to maintain the health of the scalp by promoting growing-out of hair. CONSTITUTION: The control device of the scalp massage machine includes a power portion(10), a motor strength and weakness controlling portion(20), a micom(M), a drive array(D) and oscillating motors(MT). The power portion(10) inputs the alternating current power and converts it into the direct current voltage and forms the regular direct current voltage, so a regulator is included therefor. The motor strength and weakness controlling portion(20) is composed of a variable residence and a regulator for outputting the direct current power variably. A program for controlling many motors is contained in the micom(M). The drive array(D) drives the oscillating motor(M) to the control output step of the micom(M). The oscillating motors(M) are connected to the output step of the drive array(D).
