PURPOSE: A method for operating insurance and shopping mall is provided to utilize a prior organization in an internet environment so as to activate an electronic commerce transaction. CONSTITUTION: A client visits a site of an insurance company through link units(banner, E-mail, bulletin board, etc.) of the insurance company installed at a plurality of communities on the Internet(s100). A web server of the insurance company receives recommender information from the client and inserts an ID of the recommender into a recommender session(cookie)(s200). An insurance contract about specific insurance goods of the insurance company is concluded(s300). The web server stores a recommender ID value inserted into the recommender session(cookie) in a recommender ID column of a member table(s400). It is compensated to the recommender according to an insurance contract performance corresponding to the stored recommender ID value(s500). The recommender receives a self performance list from the insurance company(s600). The client is managed by utilizing the received performance list(s700).
