PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting and receiving signals with a mobile terminal through a dedicated Internet line is provided so that a mobile terminal that exists in the inside of a building can transmit and receive signals through a dedicated Internet line. CONSTITUTION: A protocol converter(20) connected between an MSC(Mobile Switch Controller)(10) and the Internet(30) converts their respective protocols into compatible protocols. The protocol converter(20) is equipped with an MSC interface part(22) to interface the MSC(10). The MSC interface part(22) is connected with the first control part(24) which is connected to the first Internet interface part(26). The first control part(24) converts data signals, supplied from the Internet(30) through the first Internet interface part(26), into a protocol suitable for the MSC(10). On the contrary, the first control part(24) converts data signals, supplied from the MSC(10) through the MSC interface part(22), into a protocol suitable for the Internet(30). A server(40), connected to the Internet(30), is connected with a plurality of clients(60) through a hub(50). The server(40) transmits the data signals supplied from the protocol converter(20) to the clients(60) through the hub(50) respectively. Also the server(40) sequentially transmits the data signals supplied from the clients(60) to the protocol converter(20) through the Internet(30). The server(40) contains the second Internet interface part(42) connected with the second control part(44). The second control part(44) is connected with the first LAN interface part(46). The second control part(44) analyzes the data signals, supplied from the protocol converter(20) through the second Internet interface part(42), and transmits them to relevant clients(60) respectively. Also the second control part(44) sequentially and respectively transmits the data signals supplied from the clients(60) to the protocol converter(20) through the Internet(30).
