A new type of credit card, the Property Linked-Credit Card, is contractually associated with a specific property, such as a residential house, a shop, a school, a hospital, a car, a yacht, a plane, or other property. The particulars of the subject property in question such as the physical address, license plate number or serial number, are imprinted on the card. All goods and services purchased with the Property Linked-Credit Card are physically delivered to, or rendered in connection with, the registered property. Accounts set up for the Property Linked-Credit Card may be set up by the applicant with a number of optional features. For example, the applicant may have the account set up so that any bearer of the Card with a password can consummate transactions.
