Remote-controlled electronic transmitter (A) with code (B) sends signal to receiver (D) and is decoded (E). It also transfers electronic command to electronic circuit (F). This command is then limited on time and passes on current to cutout blade (7). With electrical motion it disengages semi-rigid roller lock with locking bar (23) from locking device (25) as well as rollers (21-24) and telescopic parts (26,26a-27) under pressure.
