Preparations containing a hexacyclic camptothecin derivative, which is prepared by adding a cycle having a water-soluble group to camptothecin, and a pH regulating agent optionally together with a sugar or a sugar alcohol wherein the stability and dissolution properties of the hexacyclic camptothecin derivative can be secured.
