Observation device (6a) outputs deviation condition (E1) and quadrature phase component of secondary flux ( phi r01) based on feedback gain (H1) and secondary resistance (Rr0) and angular velocity (Wr0). Observation device (6b) outputs deviation condition (E2) and primary current (IS02) based on feedback gain (H2) and first order resistance (Rs0). Based on the deviation conditions, driving is controlled.
