<p>The invention concerns a device and a cooling method using elements capable of being preserved at room temperature without any particular time constraints, of being transported and used independently without requiring to be connected to any particular infrastructure, such as a power source. It is useful in particular for cooling a beverage. It consists in a cooling device operating by expansion of liquefied gas, characterised in that it comprises a non-sealed chamber (1), wherein the product to be cooled (B) is placed and wherein is input, through intake means (5) a pressurised coolant consisting in liquefied gas (6) part of which at least is expanded therein, said gas having physico-chemical properties so that at least part is preserved in liquid phase in the chamber (1) for a certain time, so as to cool the core product (B).</p> |
