PURPOSE: An internet advertisement management service system using an internet phone and a GIS(Geometric Information System) is provided to call an address or a shop by displaying a map corresponding to the address when the address is inputted through an address input unit and clicking the corresponding address or the shop name on the displayed map. CONSTITUTION: A position and a shop name are extracted(ST400). An advertisement(register) DB is inquired, and an ID is extracted(ST410). An advertisement(register) ID is confirmed(ST420). A telephone directory is retrieved(ST430). It is confirmed whether it is valid information(ST440). An invalid state is displayed(ST450). An advertisement is output and it is converted into a standby mode(ST460). A telephone number is displayed(ST470). A user line is connected with a store telephone(ST480). A telephone conversation is performed(ST490). The advertisement is output and it is converted into an input standby mode(ST500).
