SEWAGE AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A sewage and wastewater treatment equipment is provided, which can separate impurities of high specific gravity by permitting fine air bubbles into a settling chamber set under an electrode unit of electro flotation reactor and collect the impurities at basement of the settling chamber. In the reactor impurities of low specific gravity rise to the upper side of electrode unit by fine air bubbles, impurities flocculated by colloid air generated from electrode unit are settled down. The system can also remove colors of sewage by U.V. generated by U.V. generator set at the passage of floc. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a sewage/wastewater treatment equipment(1) that has a settling chamber(16) at the bottom, a vertical electroflotation reactor(2) at the middle, a floc discharge tank(3) at the top left, a treated water recovery tank(4) at the top right and a scrapper(11) at the top; a settling chamber(16) that has an inlet(17), in which several inclined plates are set; an electroflotation reactor(2) that has an inlet(18) at two sides, an electrode unit(15) at the bottom and a UV generator(29), the tank having a passage changing plates(19) for narrowing the uprising passage of the chamber(2); a floc discharge tank(3) for discharging floc into discharge line(14); a treated water recovery tank(4) in which many inclined plates(23) are set at the inlet; and a scrapper(11) that is set at the top and rotates to scrape scum.
