PURPOSE: A system for automatically inspecting a missing vehicle is provided to inform an inspected result by using a system capable of inquiring vehicles by a computer in real time without inputting a vehicle number one by one. CONSTITUTION: If a vehicle is sensed by the vehicle sensor(4), an infrared rays camera(3) photographs numbers of a license plate and transmits the number. A check point server(1) searches whether the transmitted number of the license plate corresponds to a missing vehicle by comparing with stored data. An exclusive line is provided from the infrared rays camera(3) to the check point server(1). A police central server(8) stores information of the missing vehicle in a database. A router(2) connects the check point server(1) to the police central server(8). A national exclusive network(7) is provided between the check point server(1) and the police central server(8). A large-sized screen(5) receives the vehicle number from the check point server(1) and displays whether the missing vehicle has been searched.
