PURPOSE: A clamp typed opening device of a vinyl pack vessel is provided to open an outlet of contents by attaching to an upper attaching face of the vinyl pack vessel and to simplify structure of the clamp typed opening device. CONSTITUTION: The clamp typed opening device for a vinyl pack vessel comprises clamp connect portions(8) facing each other in placing an upper joining part(3) of a vinyl pack vessel; an elastic member(7) connected to the clamp connect portion; a clamping protrusion(6) placing a press protrusion(4) and a press protrusion groove(5); a contents exit(2) opened by pressing the press protrusion. The press protrusion penetrates the press protrusion groove to the rear side of the press protrusion vessel hole. If the press protrusion is pressed, the elastic member is bent and opened. If the press protrusion is released, the exit is closed by the elasticity of the elastic member. Thereby, the opening device of clamp shape in the vinyl pack vessel opens the contents exit by attaching to the upper face of the vinyl pack vessel.
