The invention relates to medicine and biochemistry and represents antibodies directed against a human leukocitic factor for differentiating HLDF or a fragment of HLDF (31-38) e.g. a peptide. Said antibodies are able to produce colored precipitates in human cells when interacting the HLDF factor or with the peptide. The inventive method for diagnosticating an anaplastic condition of the human cell is carried out by using said antibodies as biological markers and the peptide which is the fragment of HLDF (31-38) and possesses antigen and HK-hydrolizing properties. Methods for producing said antibodies are also disclosed.
