<p>A magnetoelectric transductor comprises a magnetosensitive part (3) and an inner electrode (2) formed on the upper surface of an insulating substrate having a conductive layer (10) formed on the side face thereof wherein the insulating part (9) and the conductive layer are formed of a sintered body principally made of a metal having a high melting point of 1600 °C or above and ceramic powder. The sintered body of the conductive layer contains the high melting point metal in the portion of 10%-90%. An extremely small and thin magnetoelectric transducer, which can be subjected to an inspection test nondestructively when mounted can thereby be provided.</p> |
