Method for determining, by telemetry, lorry load weight as function of distance travelled, determines weight from sensors on suspension system and travel from GPS system odometer readings

The method involves measuring the distance travelled based on information from a GPS system or the vehicle odometer at intervals alpha t. At the same intervals the load weight is measured based on the pressure in suspension system air bellows or strain gauge measurements with leaf springs. These are processed by an on-board computer and transferred by radio link to an external computer which calculates the required weight/distance information.
