<p>A projectile containing at least one explosive charge (11, 12) situated in the mantle (1) of the projectile , behind a nose portion (2) which contains an impact igniter device (9), and an electronical fuze (5), for which functioning or not functioning can be chosen prior to launching, is situated in or near the base of the projectile, in order to achieve ignition by use of the fuze (5) or by means of the impact igniter device (9). Thereby, a choice can be made between detonation by ignition by use of the fuze (5) and deflagration by impact ignition.</p> |
