A method of collecting customer information of general consumers hierarchically and efficiently, comprising the steps of accessing information agents via the Internet and informing first customer information (30) by general users for registering as user members; registering as corporate members by corporations and providing to information agents corporate information and samples of the corporations; and recruiting monitors out of user members for trying of samples, sending to information agents answers to questionnaires on trying of the samples, and storing second customer information (32) obtained from the answers.
