The use of liquid alkylene glycol carboxylic acid esters in washing or cleaning agents enables the production of agents, which can be poured with ease at low temperatures and which, in addition, have an excellent washing power. The invention relates to the use of liquid alkylene glycol carboxylic acid esters as a fluidic substitute medium for organic solvents and/or water in washing or cleaning agents.
