摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A saw blade for cutting a structure formed of iron reinforcing bars is provided to smooth the cutting work and reduce the heat generated by the friction by forming abrasive grain layers attached to both surfaces of a steel plate smaller than the steel plate, thereby prevent the damage of the steel plate due to the heat. CONSTITUTION: A saw blade for cutting a structure formed of iron reinforcing bars includes a circular steel plate(10) having a hole(11) in the center to be coupled with a shaft of an electromotive element and attached with segments(12) on a periphery by a uniform interval, circular rings(21) mounted in the center of the both surfaces of the steel plate, and abrasive grain layers(20) formed on both surfaces of the circular steel plate by attaching abrasive grains selected from or mixed with diamonds, CBN, Al2O3, Zr2O3, WC, ZrO2 or SiC particles to the surfaces by electroplating or plasma spray coating, wherein the abrasive grain layers are formed in the shape of streamline wings(22) extended from an outer periphery of the rings to an outer diameter part of the steel plate by a uniform interval, and the wings of one side of the steel plate are overlapped with the wings of the other side of the steel plate in a radial direction.</p>
