PURPOSE: A consulting method for construction technologies through the internet is provided to rapidly and easily use a specialist's consulting service by directly connecting to special consultants according to the client's request, and by rapidly and conveniently dealing with inquiries and consulting of all sorts of clients. CONSTITUTION: A client connects to a site and inputs client information and consulting requests(A1). After the client's information is stored in a client information database, it is judged whether requested contents are relevant to technology consulting. In case that the contents are relevant to the consulting, suitable consultants are searched(A2). In case that there's a suitable consultant, the consulting is requested to the consultant(A3). In case that consulting data on the contents are accepted from the consultant, the consulting data are transmitted to the client using an electronic mail or inserted into a notice board(A4). |
