PURPOSE: A connection terminal plate for household terminal case of a modular type of controlling connection lines therein is provided to control various lines and change easily connection lines by processing the termination of an input cable and an output cable as a modular jack type. CONSTITUTION: A connection pattern(16) is formed on a substrate(15). One or more 8 pin modular jack(11) in order to terminate an input cable and a multitude of 8 pin modular jack in order to terminate an output cable are formed on the substrate(15). An IDC block is installed at an inside of the 9 pin modular jack in order to control the input cable and the output cable. The input cable and the output cable are connected to each other by installing the assembly substrate(1) at an outer casing body. A jumper cable is connected with the IDC block.
