PURPOSE: A questionnaire survey method and system is provided to automatically select and offer a questionnaire on the basis of a called person's resident registration number and to construct surveyed questionnaire information as a database. CONSTITUTION: A questionnaire survey system consists of an ARS exchange(100), a web server(200), a temporary memory(300), a database server(400), and a PC(500). The ARS exchange(100) selects a questionnaire, based on the phone number and resident registration number of a pollee connected by telephone, and outputs a voice, depending on the selected questionnaire, to the telephone. The web server(200) provides a webpage for questionnaires, in response to a click signal from a user terminal connected through the Internet. The temporary memory(300) temporarily stores questionnaire survey results from the ARS exchange(100) and questionnaire results inputted through the Internet. The database server(400) classifies the questionnaire survey results stored in the temporary memory(300) by questionnaires and constructs the classified results as a database. The PC(500) detects information for various questionnaires from the database constructed in the database server(400) and outputs detected information through the Internet.
