PURPOSE: A synthetic rubber ball manufacturing method for bleaching blue jeans is provided to decolorize blue jeans efficiently by putting a synthetic rubber ball in a washing machine, and to prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic rubber ball for decoloring blue jeans is put in a washing machine with blue jeans, and made of crude rubber, synthetic rubber and epoxy resin. The decoloring synthetic rubber ball has an uneven surface, and decolorizes the blue jeans by friction. The synthetic rubber ball is manufactured with raw rubber, synthetic rubber and epoxy resin. Pine resin, antiaging agent and bony coal are added to the synthetic rubber ball. Over 24 hours, the synthetic rubber ball is aged. Zinc oxide, vulcanizing agent, sulfur, caustic soda, foaming materials are added to the rubber ball. The synthetic rubber ball is manufactured with adding cork, sawdust, shell grains, quartz sand and sand coated by pine resin. The synthetic rubber ball for decolorizing the blue jeans is formed with pressing. The floating matters are eliminated after decolorizing the blue jeans in the washing machine, and draining is performed to prevent environmental pollution. |
