The bellows (1) has closure and fixing devices at one end, a supply (4) for pressure medium and a return valve (5). A hose-shaped fabric section (11) is fitted over opposite ends (7) of a film tube (6) that is folded inwards or outwards or over the ends of one or more U-shaped film tubes folded in half. The closure and fixing devices project towards the accumulator bellows (1a) and are clamped to the ends of the film tube by the fixing devices. An Independent claim is included for a method to manufacture the bellows.
