PURPOSE: An insulating mobile structure is provided to be transferred easily, to keep the room cool by flowing water on the roof and the sidewall of the structure, and to improve the atmosphere of a rest area. CONSTITUTION: Heat insulating water is filled in a base part. A shield(51) of a shielding part wound on a roof(20) is opened at noon, and a hook(52) formed in the end of the shield is fixed on a mesh face(16) of the base part. By operating a plunger pump, the insulating water collected in a pumping part is supplied to a dispersing outlet part combined to a spray part of the roof through a connecting hose. The insulating water is dispersed through dispersing holes(24) on an edge(23) of the spray part. The dispersed water flows onto the surface of the shield. Therefore, the heat of the direct rays of sunlight is insulated. The water flow elates the atmosphere of a rest area.
