The valve has a valve body (57) turnable in a chamber (56c) of a valve housing (56). A transmission element (67) to turn a valve shaft (62) of the body is located on an outer end of the shaft projecting towards the outside of the valve body. A bearing sleeve (60) in the valve housing has an end face for turnable bearing of an end face of the valve body. The valve body is loaded by a spring (83), to generate a constant pressure sealing effect between the opposite end faces of sealing sleeve and valve body. The valve body is of a non-metallic material, e.g. carbon, and valve body and shaft are of a titanium material.
