PURPOSE: Provided are hygienic articles containing catechin which is raised using organic fertilizers and is extracted with purified water, whereby it has excellent disinfecting and sterilizing effects. CONSTITUTION: The hygienic articles are produced by adding organic catechin which is extracted from tea leaves, raised by organic growing without using a chemical fertilizer, with purified water and treated with dextrin to a hygienic article. The tea leaves raised by organic growing without using a chemical fertilizer are produced in Sri Lanka. Examples of the hygienic articles to which such organic catechin can be added include nanitary napkins, paper dipers, cotton swabs, etc. The hygienic articles have excellent disinfecting and sterilizing effects and also have masking effects against bad odor. |
