<p>The conveyor (15) removes parts (4) exiting from the centrifugal bowl (3) fitted with a rotating plate (5) and static belt (7). The conveyor has a belt (25) designed to be placed at the periphery of the bowl so as to evacuate the expelled towards the conveyor under the rotational effect of the plate. The belt has a rising section (31) and a level section (33). A static ramp (35) ensures continuity of the parts flow between the rotating plate and the conveyor. Included is a two part sorting section designed to return parts to the bowl which have not be oriented in the required way. The first part is placed directly at the bowl (3) output along the static ramp. The second part, placed behind the first, has a channel (45) linking it with the bowl. Both sorting parts include air jets (37,41) and part righting mechanisms one of which is on the static ramp.</p> |
