<p>The wheel comprises a wheel body (1) with a circumferential portion (3), and a hub (2) adapted for rotation about an axis, wherein the circumferential portion of the wheel is provided with at least one series of outwardly directed elongated projections (4) radial of the hub, said projections being tapered at least at their ends remote from the hub and being of substantially the same length as one another. Each projection (4) has a skirt (7) and a threaded inner end to accept a nut (8) to retain it on the portion (3). The wheel carries two circumferentially staggered sets of equidistant projections (4). A radial screw (6) fastens the wheel onto an axle.</p> |
