The strands (2) of the cable are untwisted a little and in the in-use state embedded in a solid mass (3), whereby the mass forms with the cable strands a cone (4) which is installed in a mating conical bore (5) in the sleeve (6) at the cable end. A limited axial movement is possible between the cone and the sleeve, and the cable is guided in the sleeve by the conical face. The smallest diameter of the conical bore corresponds to the cable diameter. |
