An elastic permeable laminated cloth includes a first piece (11) made of knitting cloth having a face including an intensive three-dimensional fiber layer (12) and a second piece (13) bonded on the fiber layer (12). The fibre layer (12) may include a plurality of upward extending loop-shaped fibers formed by brushing. The second piece may be similar to the first piece, their respective intensive 3-dimensional fibre layers (22, 23) being bonded together.
