PURPOSE: A system and method for a free call is provided to accumulate cyber money when a service subscriber is connected with a home page of a prepayment card service provider and clicks an advertisement, and increase an amount of money charged in the prepayment card using the accumulated cyber money. CONSTITUTION: A service subscriber clicks an advertisement displayed on a home page or a shopping mall of a web server for obtaining the cyber money(S130). The obtained cyber money is settled in reserves stored in a service subscriber database and is settled in deposits stored in a prepayment card member database(S140). In case that the subscriber wants to settle the cyber money in the deposits, the settled deposits are transmitted to a PPP server(S150). An amount of the current reserved cyber money is decreased to store the reserved cyber money in the service subscriber database, and a prepayment card deposits are increased(S160). If the deposits settlement is ended, the reserves result of the service subscriber database and the deposits result of the prepayment card member database are received from the web server and the PPP server, respectively, and the received reserves result and deposits result are output on the home page(S170).
